Kim has revealed she's suffering from gestational diabetes.
Hersecond pregnancy has been clouded with health complications and now, diabetes has become one of them.
She got the news from her doctor during a checkup In a new promo for the 11th season of her family reality TV show..
"Once you have preeclampsia, you are at risk for having it again," her physician warns of the condition, which is characterized by high blood pressure (and what Kim suffered from during her pregnancy with daughter North).
"They saw more fluid than usual in my placenta, which can mean I have diabetes," Kim later tells her mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Kourtney Kardashian.
